SASYNCHRONIZE 2025: Bond Through Destiny, Shine in Harmony

Sasynchronize is an exhilarating event assembled by the batch 2023 of the English Literature Study Program with the aim of strengthening the connection with the batch of 2024. It was held within a span of two days, from the 27th to the 28th of September 2025. Inspired by Steven Universe, this year’s theme highlights the power of synchronizing through Fusion and found family.

The event kicked off with a focus on community building, where Gemkinds (freshmen) formed momentous fellowships with their seniors, who acted as Starguiders. This initial phase included the Club Introduction Segment, where various student clubs and organizations presented their “missions” and showcased how the new Gemkinds could contribute to the study program’s overall strength. Sasynchronize 2025 successfully captured the essence of unity and Fusion, bringing Gemkinds and Starguiders together through creativity and teamwork, ensuring every activity fostered a sense of bonding and collaboration.

On the second day, the students returned, gathering at the Soegondo’s 7th-floor auditorium for a day dedicated entirely to expression and celebration. The day began with a spectacular Talent Show, where the freshly bonded groups carried out various performances. Every single group showcased their unique style, brightening up the auditorium and embodying the diverse and colorful ‘facets’ of the students through the Steven Universe theme.

The second day continued with cheerful vibes and fun. The talent showcase was followed by a final performance from Kombantrin, highlighting the creative unity fostered during the event. After this performance, Sasynchronize 2025 was finally closed by the excellent performance from Icety, ending the two-day journey on a high note.

As the two-day journey came to an end, Sasynchronize not only fulfilled its goal of synchronizing the students but also reinforced collective teamwork based on a sense of togetherness that will continue to shine throughout their academic journey, proving that their bond is Stronger Than You.
