As part of our ongoing commitment to supporting the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) initiative, we are proud to extend our heartfelt congratulations to the English Literature students who have successfully completed the Magang Studi Independen Bersertifikat (MSIB) program this semester.
This internship program is a key implementation of the MBKM framework, designed to provide students with meaningful, hands-on work experience across a range of professional settings, including industry, media, education, and technology sectors. It aims to bridge the gap between academic learning and the practical demands of the workplace, equipping students with relevant technical skills, academic competencies, and interpersonal abilities.
Throughout the program, participating students have shown exceptional dedication, curiosity, and enthusiasm. Their involvement in real-world projects, such as marketing campaigns, data analysis, creative content development, and social media management, has provided them with valuable exposure to professional environments. These experiences not only helped sharpen their hard and soft skills but also fostered the confidence and adaptability needed to thrive in an increasingly dynamic global workforce.
The success of this program would not have been possible without the generous support of our partner institutions, who opened their doors to collaboration and mentoring, and the academic supervisors who provided guidance and encouragement at every stage of the journey.
We are pleased to share the names of the students who completed the MSIB program under the supervision of Adiba Qonita Zahroh, S.S., M.Litt., along with their host institutions:

We hope this experience provides a strong stepping stone for students as they prepare to enter the professional world. Once again, congratulations to all participants. Keep learning, keep growing, and continue contributing meaningfully to the progress of our society.
